Not at all. Inner Rising sessions are designed for all experience levels – from complete beginners to regular meditators or breathwork practitioners. You’ll be guided through every step of the session, with support to help you feel safe, comfortable, and grounded throughout. All you need is a quiet space, headphones (for online), and an open mind.
Private sessions are completely personalised to your emotional needs and goals. You’ll receive tailored guidance and one-on-one support, either in-person at our Sellicks Beach studio or online.
Group sessions offer a shared energetic space where participants breathe together under guided instruction. While still deeply transformative, the experience is more communal and ideal for those looking to connect with like-minded individuals.
Everyone’s experience is unique. Many people report feeling lighter, clearer, and more emotionally grounded right after the session. You might experience emotional releases, new insights, or a deep sense of calm. It’s also normal to feel tired or energised depending on what your body releases. We recommend giving yourself time to integrate – hydrate, rest, and journal if that feels helpful.
